Bring new programs to life, from promoting biodiversity in solar fields to working with residents to make backyards and neighborhoods better for birds and people.
Invest in public outreach and education through the Bird City Maryland program, events like a future Maryland Bird Conservation Symposium, and programs to get more young people involved in bird science and conservation.
Contribute to the science and understanding about Maryland birds, through analysis and publication of the Maryland & DC Breeding Bird Atlas 3 data, and other new and preexisting monitoring and research projects.
