To get coordinates, click the “View larger map” button on the map above. This will open the same location in a new google map window.

• Zoom in until you can identify the exact location of your sighting.

• Click on the location of your sighting. A new pop-up will open at the bottom of your screen, with the coordinates in decimal degrees included. 

• Click the coordinates and they will appear in the search bar at the top-left corner of the map.

• Copy and paste these coordinates into the coordinates text box in the sightings form below.
